Sidewalk Obstruction at 407 Washington St Coolidge Corner South Side

There is a never ending repair job in front of 407 Washington street. Almost every day a crew shows up and opens the sidewalk closed by the previous crew producing a very annoying noise and debris.

There is a lot of trash at Pierce park, especially at the basketball court. I've noticed a huge increase in rats in the neighborhood and this doesn't help. Can trash be collected more frequently?
