There is was a new utility pole installed in front of our house. The old one was not removed, and the cables were not brought over to the new one. When is this work expected to be completed?

This utility pole has been leaning precariously for some time. Has anyone checked to see if it's structurally sound or needs replacing? The storm last week made me nervous that it might fall.

Bike lane flex poles are being run over by cars here. Some drivers try to weave through them and stop in bike lane to let out passengers. Can we try the "wave delineator" type divider here?
