Motorists entering the rotary from Chestnut St going SE have a yield sign but often fail to yield to bicycles in the rotary. Clearer markings or a raised cross walk are needed to protect human life.

Two traffic signals on Lee St by the reservoir (near 25 Lee St) have burnt out bulbs. The circled signal has a burnt out red bulb and the signal with an arrow has a burnt out yellow bulb.
