There are so many dog poop bags all over the place… Someone left these on top of someone's car. Perhaps if more trash receptacles were put on at least Beacon Street, people would use them for these bags. Otherwise, the soil is better off with the biological matter for nutrients…Plastic bags without cans to throw them in is not working… Please, at least put garbage receptacles from 1908 Beacon St. on down. Not just the commercial area
