What is going on with the sidewalks? They have been dug up for months now and not been touched in weeks. The access to the apartment building looks like the picture.., right in front of the doors is what you have to cross to get onto the street! My mother is in a wheelchair. This is almost impossible. This is not acceptable. Tax dollars are goi g to what??
