Sidewalk Repair at Garrison Rd

Hi there- There are 3-4 very large "tree wells" on Garrison Rd, between Winthrop and Tappan. They have been in this state for at least a year. They are both unsafe and also very unattractive on what is such a pretty street! Thank you for looking into this...and by the way this is a GREAT app!
