Sidewalk Repair at 240 Mason Terrace

These two addresses, 138 Mason Terrace and 240 Mason Terrace, continue to block the sidewalks with their vehicles thereby prohibiting/limiting pedestrian traffic. It appears that their respective driveways are built for two cars; however, they park three which results in their vehicles blocking the sidewalks. Please address.
