Public Trees at 210 Tappan St

The top 15 feet of the tree in front of 210 Tappan is dead, with large branches, visibly rotting, overhanging the sidewalk. Some of the branches are 6 to 12 inches in diameter and over ten feet long. At least one branch has a large area of rot, visible from the ground, near the trunk and appears ready to fall. Some small pieces are already falling onto the sidewalk. If one of these branches falls on a pedestrian, it will cause severe injury or death.
