Streetlight at 431 437 Washington St

Light fixture recently replaced because previous fixture was projecting unsteady light stream. Current light is now a 'bulb' type which projects into windows near this light. If this light could be reinstalled as a 'flat' fixture, the light would not so project into the nearby windows.
