According to a neighbor a Senior Man recently Tripped and fell down at this location due to this raised up section of Street Sidewalk just mentioned. Also as you walk up towards 3 Fuller St. and Winchester St. there are two other Street Walk Slabs located approximated 3 and 11 Sidewalk Slabs away from the 5 Fuller St. Sidewalk Slab that have raised up Sections.
