In the middle of a cross walk at this intersection my wife was out for a jog at 6:15p on Wednesday night. Her foot fell in a small manhole (one probably used for water access) and she fell and scrapped her knees and elbows falling face first. This was very dangerous, luckily there were no cars approaching. Please cover the manhole or indicate it with a cone. Thank you.
