Unshoveled/Icy Sidewalk at 218 Tappan Street

The sidewalk in front of 218 Tappan was not shoveled, just as it has never been shoveled after any storm in the 9 years I've lived on the street, and is now a two inch thick slab of solid ice. Please motivate the owners to clear the walk, and inform them that they are not exempt from the laws the rest of us must obey.
