The owner of this property is certainly not going to shovel the sidewalk in front of their residence. I say this because they have already shoveled a nice little path to the street as well as their stairs. But, the part that doesn't effect them at all has not been shoveled. However, it makes passage over the sidewalk treacherous as it is icy and slick.
