Unshoveled/Icy Sidewalk at 9 Devotion St

The snow on this unshoveled town-owned walkway is compacted & slippery and black ice has formed at the bottom of the ramp. Devotion School kids use this walkway at recess and its unsafe for them and residents who walk thru here.
