Unshoveled/Icy Sidewalk at 225 Reservoir Road

Sidewalk still unshoveled from storm 3+ weeks ago! School children forced out into the street/traffic, daily. Is anyone reading these reports? These people never clear the sidewalk. Have they been warned or fined?
