The sidewalk adjacent to the Runkle school has been blocked by mulch and soil that washed off school property for years. I've reported this previously and public works closed the report and claimed that the work was complete. That was a lie, as can be seen by the photo attached to this report. It's apparently too much to expect the town to actually clear town-owned debris from town sidewalks.
