Hedges at 91 Ivy Street overhang the sidewalk by a significant amount, presenting a serious obstruction. The sidewalk is already narrow at that point, which is unfortunate, but there are close to two feet of sidewalk obstructed by the hedge, leaving perhaps 18 inches for pedestrian use.
