Unshoveled/Icy Sidewalk at 4 Upland Road

4 Upland Road sides on Walnut Street and still has ice on Walnut Street, along with many residences on this side of Walnut Street all the way to High Street, making it impossible to use the sidewalk on this whole stretch. Many T-riders use this sidewalk, and must cross the street, or step into the street to walk. This is a chronic problem.
