Dangerously broken step on Winthrop path (betw University and Washington) THere are also several severely cracked ones. Breaks occur every winter due to snow and salt. Prevention, by clearing snow before ice formed required chopping, would be cheaper.. And maybe by repairing with more solid materials. Thanks.
