Again, previous report for same location now "closed" but no change in status on the ground. This morning (see photo) a person relying on a wheelchair was forced into street (along w/ scores of children). sidewalk abutting property runs along southwestern side of Chestnut St from Kendall to Chestnut Pl. Only intermittent portions cleared (barely) rendering sidewalk unusable.
