Unshoveled/Icy Sidewalk at 10 Rice St

The sidewalk in front if 10 Rice Street has not been shoveled since the first big snow storm back in January. There is now a massive pile of snow completely covering the entire walkway. As a result, pedestrians have no choice but to walk on the street which is very dangerous at night.
