Last summer you installed a solar garbage can and recycling bin in front of the building at this address. Now it appears that you have abandoned responsibility for collecting trash. As a result people are piling trash and baggies of dog poo in front of and on top of the garbage bin. It's the first thing I see when I walk out of my home. It's nasty. It's disgusting. It's an unsanitary public health hazard. Get out here and empty the trash bins.
