This condo garbage skip is a disgrace, being located on a public right of way, rather than on the condo property itself, this skip attracts drive-by dumping. It is a permanent eyesore, routinely overflowing, attracting rats and often obstructing traffic. The landlord should be pressed to act before the vermin problem spreads further.
