Sidewalk Repair at 236 Cypress Street

Well, another week has gone by and still the pile of rotting garbage remains just inside the fence to the left of 236 cypress st, attracting rats. This has been reported before, but does anyone in the town government care about it and do anything about it? Am I wasting my time? I thought we had higher public health standards.
