Sidewalk Repair at Beacon Street & Webster Street

The Big Belly at this corner has been OVERFLOWING for DAYS now. This system is a good idea in theory, however either the 'full' notification from the equipment never makes it to you or you're just understaffed to take care of the situation. Trash all over the top of the unit and on the sidewalk makes for a very disgusting situation.
