Graffiti at 403 Washington Street

The trash disposal bins in the parking lot behind 403 Washington was left open for weeks. On the morning of Aug. 17th, strong garbage smell came from the trash disposals and recycle bins which are not maintained and left completely open. It is a huge mess and a public health risk.
