2nd request - this motor scooter or motorcycle has been locked to pole near 125 Stedman St (near corner of Manchester) all winter, with a brief absence a couple of weeks ago. It's not a cycle parking space & it blocks sidewalk for strollers/walkers & others who need full width of the sidewalk. Last request was promptly closed but bike remains several months later. Can someone in town please issue a citation? Thx!
