Large oak tree on Downes Field, directly across from 63 Highland Road, has a lower branch that stretches across Highland Road. The branch is so low and heavy that it is likely to fall from its own weight. This happened to another branch of the same tree several years ago (fortunately noone was hurt). This branch needs to be examined and likely removed.
