Tenants from 46 Carlton St. and 1053 Beacon St. are dumping their trash and food waste more than 3 days prior to the neighborhood trash pick-up on Tuesday. This has created a weekly dumpsite for the neighborhood. It is unhealthy and unsightly. The trash is also dumped curbside without trash / recycle containers.
