Sidewalk Repair at 92 University Rd

92 University Rd: these vehicles are always blocking the sidewalk. The renters in this building say their landlord told them it was ok to park there, but the spaces are clearly too small. Every morning kids have to walk in the middle of the street on their way to school, and moms with strollers must leave the sidewalk to pass these vehicles.
