This car with out of state license plates and the one next to it are always blocking the sidewalk creating a hazard for pedestrians. Car should be registered in MA and ticketed for blocking the sidewalk. This was also reported a few days ago Request #13821 by someone else but status is "Closed" as this is a police enforcement issue. According to Parking enforcement page of the brooklinema.gov web site ARTICLE XI of the traffic Rules and Regulation states that reason code "17 Upon A Sidewalk" is a $25 ticket/fine. These 2 cars have been blocking the sidewalk for months with no enforcement.
