Sidewalk Repair at 171 Reservoir Rd

Main water meter was not installed properly when the street and sidewalk were re-surfaced coupe years ago --- it is a few inches above ground. Now it became loose and wobbly, a tripping hazard for pedestrians and snow-clearing bobcat. It remains as a potential damage point for the water supply line. The problem was reported then, but nothing was done ever since. Hopefully it will be different this time!
