Sidewalk Repair at 7 Harvard Ave

'No Parking Tow Away Zone' cones have been at the curb at this location since November (they are dated 11/7-11/11 for Road Repair). They are abusing the purpose of these cones and using the area in front of the building under construction as their own parking spaces by leaving these cones in place. PLEASE REMOVE!!!
