Complete failure to clear snow/slush from sidewalk in front of store, which is located directly in front of the crosswalk. The 16 Handles Yoghurt place is nearly as bad. Neena's is a chronic offender, having failed to clear the sidewalk in previous years too. It's unsafe, especially for local elderly residents.
