this address, along with 31 & 37 Harvard st NEVER clear their sidewalks,period.I've had to help elderly people navigate regularly. i have gone in on numerous occasions to ask them to clear,they NEVER do, they wait for for the sun to do something. bpd needs to monitor and issue citations after every single snowfall. the included pic is from TWO OCLOCK this afternoon,fully THREE HOURS AFTER an officer said he was calling it in. this is unconscionable. someone is going to get hurt. if the businesses are not responsible, they SHOULD still do something as decent neighbors.
