Public Trees at 125 University Rd

There is a large tree that is rotting and hollowed-out at the roots in front of our house at 125 University Rd. The tree is now leaning toward our house, and a large branch is drooping onto our patio. We have young children, and this is a serious safety issue. We need someone to come and cut down the branch (and possibly the entire tree) immediately.
