Area looks unkempt and makes the building looks poorly as a result. Area needs to be filled as it is not leveled to sidewalk and elderly does walk by a lot. Water pools in the area as well and can freeze during colder temps. Multiple sidewalk patches done months ago still hasn't been repaired. Please take a look at the area in front of 36-38 Winchester Street..Thank you
