Fencing around building is protrudinf out unto the sidewalk and creates some serious safety concerns. Fencing holders should never protrude unto the sidewalk like this. There are young kids, elderly people and disabled people who can trip over these. It's surprising that this has been there for over a week now. Location- Old Dunkin Donuts building
