This car parked right on the sidewalk outside the 301 house garage. It horizontally lied on the sidewalk and literally blocked the walking path. This spot was close to William H. Lincoln School and it was during the school dismissal time, so students were trying to maneuver around it and took risk to walk into street driving lane. This car already posed danger to not only pedestrians walking around it but the drivers passing by.
