Public Trees at 150 Gardner Rd

A town tree along Blake rd. Is starting to grow much closer to our home. See picture attached. It would be great if the two could cut back the tree from our property line a little. It also poses a problem in the winter because the snow hangs very low over the sidewalk. Thanks!
