Streetlight at Williams St & Harvard St
I called Public Works Dept. on 12/27/17 to report that on 12/23/17 at approx. 4:00pm, my dog acted as if she was getting an electric shock while waiting for the traffic light at Harvard St. and Williams St. There was lots of water/ice/snow/salt/de-icer in the gutter and on the sidewalk. This just happened again today (1/2/18) although the area is dry with only shoveled snow piled up. Her behavior involves yelping and not wanting to put her paws on the ground. Is there a possibility that there is stray current flowing here under snow/ice/water/salt conditions? Thank you very much if this can be checked out!
