Unshoveled/Icy Sidewalk at 105 Stedman St

This property never has shoveled sidewalks. They didn't clear the sidewalk in the smaller storm and haven't cleared snow after the blizzard. Snow is simply compacted by many walkers. The property manager for this rental home clears sidewalks at its other properties on Babcock St., but not this one, perhaps because the tenants don't want to complain for fear of raised rents. Yet, the tenants say it is the property manager's responsibility to remove snow. This will likely require fines to motivate the property manager to take action. Thank you!
