Line of bushes are encroaching on sidewalk from approx. 18 Green St to Greenway Ct. Route is impassable for strollers and wheelchairs, forcing them to go into the street and creating an unsafe situation. The bushes are so large that, although they are groomed, they still need to be significantly cut back or replaced with smaller bushes to create sufficient passage on the sidewalk.
