Sidewalk Repair at 1637 Beacon St

On 4/24/18 at 4:30, I attempted multiple times to pay the parking meter #0937, but the screen was illegible, and the machine apparently did not take my card. I got a $25 ticket, though the meter reader must have been able to see that the meter is illegible and gave me a ticket anyway.
