The Gyu Kaku trash area (on the St. Mary's side) is frequently overflowing, blocking the sidewalk, stinking, blowing in the street, and attracting rodents. They need more bins, to power wash the sidewalk, not dump mop water and other things out their door/ into street and generally be a better neighbor. Not only is it an eyesore, it is unsanitary.
