FIRST: Porta John,Porta Toilet has been on the street, on the sidewalk for over two weeks now. This is all public property. Outside a construction site where they, the workers and the developer are not concerned for us, neighborhood or our many young children who play on this cul-de-sac. The second MAJOR issue: Residents are required by law to take doors off of refrigerators and maybe(not sure) dryers and washers, when being placed on the street as rubbish and ready for pick up. This is for the sake of children and those being attractive nuisances. This portable john, toilet etc... has been unlocked for two weeks while on the public way. There is a hole inside this unsecured toilet, structure which further contains chemicals and water. Another neighbor reported this complaint and situation two weeks ago on Brookonline. NOTHING has happened. We want this unsafe structure removed from public property immediately. The next step will be Select Boards office. This is outrageous that yet another developer is allowed to whatever they feel like. The tail wagging the dog. Thank you for an anticipated response.
