Pothole at 52 St Paul St

There is a manhole cover that makes an incredibly loud and annoying “CLANK, CLANK” every time a car drives over it. This noise is so loud and repetitive that it is difficult to sleep. Please help, it’s driving me crazy! The manhole cover is right by the corner of Alton Pl and St Paul.
