The emergency pull station on the median by the train tracks at the intersection of Beacon and Pleasant is nearly completely obscured by bushes. It can not be seen at all from the west or from the south - all but the very top is obscured from the north - and although largely visible from the east, bushes block clear access. It would be a struggle to use this box in an emergency, and if you were running from an attack, you would already be in the bushes having pushed yourself into complete seclusion to call from help.
