Sidewalk Repair at 1470 Beacon St

The sidewalk is in disrepair. On the evening of Sept 4th, a woman with a cane tripped and fell. She had a head and arm injury and was taken to the hospital by an ambulance. Please fix this stretch of sidewalk.
