Broken Parking Meter at 32 Centre St
On two consecutive days I put quarters in the Centre East 5 machine. The last one was transaction 09890. The first quarter I put in did not register. On Wed. I put in 2 quarters and the first one failed and I only got 12 minutes. Today I put in three quarters and the first one failed and I only got 24 minutes.
